The Performance Hall seats 100 people for an event or meeting in historic theater seats. Venue Capacity
150 people		Performance Hall & Lobby, non-seated event
100 people		Performance Hall, seated or non-seated event
60 people		Lobby, seated or non-seated event

Published rates includes set-up and clean-up time. The use of the facility requires a standard contract agreement, with a liability release, non-refundable 50 percent deposit, and a refundable cleaning/damage deposit.

Full payment is required one month before the event. Full payment is not refundable less than one month prior to the event, unless a substitute booking is secured.

The Silco Theater provides the following amenities:

• Refreshment area with coffee maker and smal refrigerator
• One-site Silce Theater staff during your meeting or event
• Concessions by "The Silver Confectionary" on request

Future amenities:

• Folding tables and chairs, small PA system, 12' x 15' parquet-style moveable floor for stage or dancing.

• Sound and lighting are not provided by the Silce Theater
• Security may be required depending upon the type of event
• Alcohol may not be served at meetings or events unless a separate rider is authorized at the sole discretion of the Silco Theater management

• A 20 percent discount is available on a contract of 6 or more dates in 12 months.
• A 10 percent discount is available to non-profit groups
