Published rates includes set-up and clean-up time. The use of the facility requires a standard contract agreement.
Full payment is asked for one month before the event. Full payment is not refundable less than one month prior to the event, unless a substitute booking is secured.
The Silco Theater provides the following amenities:
- Two retractable movie screens: 8 X 8 in Lobby/ 14 X 14 in Hall
- WiFi capability throughout Venue space
- Three Voice Microphones including a Wireless Mic
- Speakers: Mackie Active Series
- Mixing Console: Yamaha MG82CX
- 5 Disk CD player/Dual Tape deck and Technics Speakers
- Wood Lecture Podium
- Oak Wood Stage Platform (100 sq ft)
- Refreshment area with coffee/tea maker and two refrigerators
- 6- long folding tables (30" X 72") / 4-folding round tables (46" dia)
- Black or Yellow or Green Table Clothes
- 60 folding chairs
- 100 moveable theater seats
- Slide projectors/DVD projectors are not provided by the Silco Theater
- Security may be required depending upon the type of event
- Alcohol may not be served at meetings or events
